To ensure the highest cyber security level, the authentication on the McDonald’s system with a personal McDonald’s e-ID is mandatory for each Amabis user.

The suggested way to obtain a McDonald’s e-ID is asking a person already registered (e.g. a colleague or your McD contact person) to request an e-ID for you using the McDonald’s Service Catalogue, available at the following link:

Copy the link and share it with the person who is submitting the registration request on your behalf.
Remember to also communicate which Amabis applications you need. Access to it can be requested simultaneously to the e-ID creation.
